Mr. Gagan Chhabra
Mr. Gagan Chhabra is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has approximately 27 years of Practice Experience before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble High Courts of the Country. He is a Member of Indian Council of Arbitration and has been visiting Faculty at Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and Fore School of Management.
He specializes in Arbitration, Commercial Disputes, Banking, Finance and Insolvency & Bankruptcy. He also specializes in Succession & Inheritance Laws besides Matrimonial Disputes and also has vast experience in Renewable/Solar/Wind Power and Advisory, Compliance & Contesting Cases. Mr. Chhabra heads the division of Property Matters and Consumer Disputes in the LLP.
In addition, he looks after Matters before NCLT and Cases related to The Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch and also specializes in Prevention of Money Laundering Cases.
In recent past there have been many Cases of False Prosecution of people by misuse of Law and in such matters he does such cases either on pro-bono basis or on very Nominal Fees. Mr. Chhabra has also been actively doing matters relating to Animal Laws in the Country so that there is not only awareness about Prevention of Cruelty to Animals but people causing cruelty are brought to book.
Mrs. Ruhi Chhabra
Mrs. Ruhi Chhabra is the other Partner of the Firm and she specializes in Land Acquisition Matters, Consumer Disputes and all matters relating to Sexual Harassment of Women at workplaces and POCSO Matters. She has been actively involved with cases relating to Domestic Violence Act. Mrs. Chhabra also has rich experience in NCLT & NCLAT Matters and also heads the division of Matrimonial Disputes & RERA Matters.
She also specializes in Conveyancing and Documentation of a large category of Agreements. Besides Civil Pleadings and Drafting, she gives Advice on Children’s Rights related Laws.
She also specializes in IT matters which are encompassed under the Information and Technology Act, 2000. Mrs. Chhabra has been very active and instrumental in conducting Matters relating to welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens and also cases relating to Maternity Benefits of Women during their Employment.
